Everything goes well went it come to my 2nd week in Neuro. The rutin, follow up at 7am, 'visite' dgn dokter residen and then continued visite with supervisor around 9-10 am , coas konsul, UGD, poli and also 'jaga' all i have done quite well. Even there are compang camping in between my task, i just enjoy the whole 2 weeks.The most unforgetable things happen to me is when the patient i recieved in ER died. She comes with unconciousness GCS - E1M1V1. Nothing could we done. stabilize the electrolite, supply the O2 through the masker and then wait for the progression. But this women really cant hold it anymore. The Haemorrhagic Stroke she just suffered is very critical. More than 80cc blood detected through the CT-Scan in her brain. Most of the brain function were deadly damage and She died 3hours later if i dont mistaken.
She is the first patient died in front of me and It is so hard for me to receive it. Very very hard.Im sorry for the family. Semoga roh almarhumah senantiasa dirahmati Allah swt. Ameen.
